Talking about the world we live in, humans are taking things into another dimension. We have shifted ourselves from the era of not so friendly products and technologies to an ambiance where humans hardly have to play any role to work instead the technology helps them beyond imaginations to cope up with their work. Unless and until, they would have worked harder or smarter, they would not be able to have their hands on the best possible immediate outcome providing technologies. Nevertheless, the hard work and dedication is so encouraging in the west that their work places tend to grow a lot more by time. Whilst as on the contrary, in the east, hard work and dedication does not get us the same results as in the west. The reason to which is least women participation in the economy. Women from the very childhood are forced to get over their will to be a part of any profession. They are forced to let go of their dreams. The respective mindset prevails on due to the patriarchal circle running around in the east. The mindset lets women excluded from the power or any dominance. The mindset does not let women to involve much in any profession while letting them to be a part of their homes only. This eventually puts down the economy and women are supposed to be a burden on the economy for no good reason. The mindset is not new to be honest. The actions are inculcated from generations for decades now. People do not accept working women and assume it to be a shame for women to contribute in any work. Women’s actions are thoroughly dictated by the men associated to them and the circle continues to revolve like it does for decades. To cope up with the uncertainty in the economy and to be at the same pace where the other parts of the worlds are, countries like us should be encouraged at their best to promote women participation. Women, just because of the mindsets, should not be restrained to be nothing more than an ordinary member of the family at their houses but they should step out to opt a profession they are best suitable for. They should work for not only themselves but for the better outlook of the economy as well. We can find the clues of talented women everywhere. They invest their times to be the best possible mothers, daughters, wives but never be the person they want to be. The resilience towards their dreams should not be avoided because it can actually tear them up. Mental sickness, curable, is the worst they witness by investing their time alone managing the house chores. The activities they want to indulge in, but have no access to or sometimes are not permitted to believe in performing the activities, theses ladies fell mentally ill. The mindsets traumatise them and make them feel inferior too. The statistics of the year 1995, show that the female labour in the country was 18.43 % while in 2017 it elevated up to 24.93%. The increase is consistent, but not to the extent that it is required Women in the rural areas should be given mobility to work should be compensated with the access they do not have currently. While small entrepreneurs should be acknowledged for their potentials too. The small business setups usually have the biggest of impacts on the economy. Modern ways to end up the illiteracy is to counsel them at their best to ensure their participation and on the other hand, men from the same backgrounds should be counselled to applause their women if they work. Degrading a women, just because she works or wills to step out is alarming because it is actually backwardness. Women in the era, compete with men irrespective of handling the house chores and their children. Todays women is multitasking and competitive. She ensures managing both the profession and the house well. According to the statistics, the gap between the female labour now and the female labour then has not elevated much. The statistics of the year 1995, show that the female labour in the country was 18.43 % while in 2017 it elevated up to 24.93%. The increase is consistent but not to the extent that it is required. Women constitute about half of the nation’s population which is about 51% of the people residing in the country. The contradictory side to it is the participation of women which is not satisfactory. While we ensure we counsel, we should also ensure to advertise the best possible of women work too. Women, not in every field, inevitably the best human resource. They should be applauded for every work they do and how they do it. And we should properly engage to promote women to take note of themselves, so that the world can then take a note of them and should celebrate women.
