Sir: Statistics of children out of school in Pakistan is sobering: nearly 25m children do not join any type of educational institutions in present time — majority of them are girls. It means that a several number of children are going to be deprived of a bright and a healthy future. Children are the future of any country; educating them is akin to engendering prosperity and development. No doubt, education is among essential ingredients through which people find fine ways to lead life, including obeying the laws and regulations of the government. In the current technical era, one cannot run without the absence of a quality education. Importantly, education triggers youths to progression and formation of a well-structured society where all are distributed equal rights. However, Pakistan spends less than the 4pc to 6pc of GDP recommended on education owing to that extermination results are getting created related to education. Similarly, the country lacks a standardized and a quality education provided to students. Therefore, the federal and provincial governments need to increase the GDP spend on education. Arrangements and plans to bring children into educational institutions must be the foremost priority of the leading party PTI. You can sense that how much it is unfortunate to waste a myriad number of children’s traits and talents on labouring or anything else if education is already present to provide them a unique lifestyle, and exceed the sincerity and advancement in the country.
