KARACHI: A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed against a man who refused to stop for President Arif Alvi’s VIP movement on the metropolis’ Shahrah-e-Faisal.
A video went viral on social media in which a guy, who can not be identified, not only refused to stop for the movement but also directed other people to support him.
