Govt to increase petrol price by Rs 10 for October

ISLAMABAD: The federal government is likely to hike the price of petroleum products from the month of October by Rs 10 per liter.

According to the sources, the price of petrol is likely to increase Rs 6.30 per liter from October 1st, while the price of Kerosene oil has been recommended to increase by RS 10 per liter.

Furthermore, the price of Light Diesel is expected to increase by Rs 4 per liter and High Diesel by Rs 8.50 per liter.

The prices will be implemented after approval from the authorities.
