LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended the deadline to submit income tax returns.
Minister of finance sources told that the deadline has been extended from September 30 to October 30.
The last date to file tax returns will be extended in different phases.
Sources further told that about 10 percent of the registered tax payers have filed their income tax returns. However, FBR is seeking more tax returns to be filed this year.
