ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has termed the water scarcity the biggest problem of the country.In his second address to the nation, Imran urged the overseas Pakistanis to contribute in Dam Fund. “If we don’t build dams, we have to face severe drought by 2025. There will be no water even for crops,” he added.Imran said that dams can be build in five years if overseas Pakistanis provide financial assistance.
