PESHAWAR: The provincial president of Qawmi Watan Party (QWP) Sikandir Hayat Khan Sherpao has raised question over the frail security situation of the country and asked for immediate implementation of National Action Plan (NAP) in a pragmatic way. Sikandir Hayat Sherpao who is serving senior minister for Irrigation and Social welfare of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) stated that fresh tide of terrorism has put the country security on stake and suggested the stricken actions under the NAP against non state actors without hue and color. On the occasion, Minister inaugurated various developmental projects at Shabqadar Charssadda. He said political parties should have refrain themselves from politicizing every issue and have to be united to stamp out the seed of terrorism from the country soil. Terrorists have lost their relevance and they again trying strengthen their grip by attempting desperate attacks in the country to sabotage of the state peace journey, he added. Senior minister inaugurated Peshawar road of Baskha with cost of Rs 25.6 million, Qala to Fatima road with cost of Rs 13.25 million, Akhund Zafar Baba road, with cost of Rs 40.2 million and Ekhgund Road by spending Rs 36.3 million. Speaking in the function Sikandir Hayat Sherpao stress upon the central government to lay down a comprehensive strategy to curb the non state actors and their facilitators at the country and mend ways for the developmental projects and regional stability. Workers leaders of the QWP including Muhammad Jan Gigiani, Babir Ali Khan mohmand, Zafar Ali Khan, tehsil Shabqadar nazim Fayaz Khan and other were also present on the occasion. Hoti: Former chief minister and KP president of Awami National Party (ANP) Ameer Haider Khan Hoti said that terrorism cannot be over-come until and unless FATA merge into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and remove backwardness of the tribesmen. Addressing to party workers at Hujra (male guest house) of Imran Afridi, Bar Kamber Khel of tehsil Bara on Thursday Haider Hoti said that the tribal belt had been kept ignorant and neglected since long and conditioned peace in the country with calmness and development of the tribal belt. Hoti said that Punjab was the core priority of Imran Khan Politics as without support of Punjab; he could ascertain the portfolio of Prime Minster of the country. He asked the neighboring countries to end all militants wings functioned there to restore durable peace in the territory. Expressing his dissatisfaction over the trust deficit situation between Pakistan and Afghanistan Hoti demanded of the incumbent federal government to initiate all necessary steps to restore friendly atmosphere between two neighboring countries. Time has come to heal wounds of the tribesmen who have rendered matchless sacrifices during the war of terror for he last decade, he remarked. He supported call of the FATA parliamentarians and tribesmen for set up set in Islamabad and asked the ANP workers to join them as the party had been a true champion for getting all basic rights for the dwellers of the tribal belt. He stressed upon all streamlined political parties to make sincere efforts to get free the tribal of the brutal law, FCR and win a respectful status for them beside award them all incentives being enjoyed by other citizens of the country. ANP leader Sardar Hussain Babek, Imran Afridi and Shah Hussain Shinwari also spoke on the occasion. He said that all the Coalition Partners in the Government have contributed in the reforms building agenda and implementation of various social informant schemes.
