Islamabad police have arrested 20 outlaws and recovered a stolen motorbike, alcohol and weapons from their possession, a police spokesman said. He said that Assistant Sub Inspector Niaz Muhammad from Golra police arrested two bike lifters Shahzeb and Hamad Ali and recovered a stolen motorbike from their possession. Sub-Inspector Muhammad Riaz from Kohsar police arrested two bootleggers Pal Masih and Jous Masih and recovered four wine bottles from their possession and ASI Muhammad Akram also arrested accused Malik Bilal and recovered one 30 bore illicit pistol from him. Sub-Inspector Shamsul Akber recovered one 30 bore pistol from the possession of arrested accused Gul-Nawaz. ASI Sirgul arrested two accused Shariz Khan and Siddique khan and recovered two 30 bore pistols along with ammunition from their possession. ASI Muhammad Hayat from Margalla arrested accused Jahanzeb. ASI Muhammad Ishfaq from Ramna police arrested accused Shafiur Rehman. ASI Muhammad Ramzan arrested accused Hanan and recovered 30 bore pistol from him. ASI Tariq Mahmood from secretariat arrested accused Rashid. Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is underway from them. Senior Superintendent Police Islamabad Najeebur Rehman Bugvi has appreciated this performance and directed all police officials for effective policing measures in their areas to curb activities of anti-social elements.
