LONDON: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) lifetime president and daughter Maryam Nawaz have postponed their return to Pakistan from London due to Kulsoom Nawaz’s unstable condition.

Earlier this week, Kulsoom Nawaz was put on life support after she suffered a cardiac arrest. She has been under cancer treatment in London since 2017.

Nawaz and Maryam, both, have decided to extend their stay in London after consulting with Kulsoom’s doctor.

Earlier today, Maryam Nawaz took to Twitter and announced that her mother’s condition is unstable. “We have tried to talk to her but she is not responding,” Maryam said.

She also requested the nation to pray for quick recovery and health of Kulsoom Nawaz, while she also thanked Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for sending his best wishes for her mother’s speedy recovery.
