LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Sunday said that in such circumstances where politicians are clashing with one another, elections do not seem possible.

“These days, the politicians from across the country are busy cursing and abusing one another. I can not see elections being held in such circumstances,” Shujaat Hussain said while speaking to the media in Lahore.

The PML-Q chief added that soon, it will be clear if the elections will be held or not, while if they are held, he predicted, the caretaker prime minister will be chosen from Sindh and not from Punjab.
