DADU: A seminar on Fulbright Scholarship Awareness was held at the Dadu campus of the University of Sindh on Tuesday. Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Anwar Ali Shah delivered an effective welcome speech to the participants of the seminar. He encouraged students to avail scholarships under the programme and said that the event would counsel students regarding their career. He expressed his gratitude for the honourable guests of the seminar. He said that such seminars on scholarships can be beneficial for financially unstable students. He advised students to look for an opportunity in these seminars. He advocated that the programmes being offered are fully funded. Mr Rafique Ahmed said that the ‘prestigious’ available scholarships are being offered in collaboration with United States and the Government of Pakistan. The speakers outlined the prospects of Fulbright Scholarship programme and counselled students about the process of applying online.
