KARACHI: Pakistan Test captain Misbahul Haq on Sunday demanded a life ban to be imposed on players involved in spot-fixing. While speaking with the media at National Stadium Karachi, Misbah said that a law is required to eliminate corruption from cricket. The skipper showed disappointment over the spot-fixing scandal that became the highlight in the second edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL). He said that seven years of hard work to restore Pakistan’s positive image has been ruined once again. Misbah said that the guilty players should never be given a chance to represent Pakistan again. It is responsibility of every player to remain careful and follow the code of conduct of the game, he added.
