LAHORE: The Cambridge Assessment International Education with the British Council, hosted a Cambridge Principals’ Forum in Lahore on Thursday. The event was attended by principals and representatives from Cambridge associate schools. The event discussed important developments in the Cambridge curriculum, including Cambridge O Levels, IGCSE and Cambridge International AS & A Levels, which are taken by students in over 600 schools in Pakistan. Development Division Director at Cambridge Assessment International Education Claudia Bickford-Smith presented the key session ‘From Paper to Pixel’, where she explained how the Cambridge International was innovating in the areas of onscreen testing and reporting. She also highlighted some of the challenges of implementing new technologies on a global scale. This includes maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and robustness for all of Cambridge’s 10,000 schools in more than 160 countries. Published in Daily Times, February 9th2018.
