ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) Member Administration Muhammad Yasir Pirzada has said that steps are being taken for the welfare of the employees of the CDA and the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI) so that they could serve the residents of city with zeal and zest. He states this during the balloting process for Hajj on Tuesday. As per balloting, 45 employees of CDA and MCI will proceed for Hajj. On this occasion, Financial Advisor / Member, CDA, Fahad Haroon Aziz, senior officers of the authority, CDA Labour Union (CBA) General Secretary Amaan Ullah Khan, President Syed Shabab Bukhari and other office-bearers were also present. Pirzada said that that authority would take more steps for the welfare of the employees, adding that the fund for Hajj had been transferred from CDA Main Head (Revenue Account) to Staff Welfare Fund Account as per revised TORs. The welfare funds would be spent only for the welfare of the employees, he assured. CDA Labour Union (CBA) General Secretary Amaan Ullah Khan congratulated the successful CDA employees who will proceed for Hajj this year. He assured CDA Labour Union’s full co-operation to CDA management and said that they believe in good working environment and always tried to resolve issues of CDA employees in coordinated manner. Those selected for Hajj through balloting include Naveed Liaqat, Assistant Zoo Division, Muhammad Abid Naib Qasid WQCC, Mobeen Khan Wireless Operator New Fireman Staff DMA, Muhammad Yaseen Mali H-8 Urban Div-II, Muhammad Iqabl Beldar Enquiry Office G-9, Muhammad Ali Senior Mechanic Shop Maint Division, Muhammad Rafaqat OGM Simly Dam Range, Zahir Iqbal Electrician Mechanical Div-I, Mazhar Hussain Shah A.C Fitter Mech Div-II, Muhammad Tariq Operator Sub Div-III BWP, Muhammad Usman Security Gurard Enforcement Directorate, Bashir Ahmed OGM Directorate of Parks, Anees Ahmed Abbassi OGM Shakar Parian Parks Div, Muhammad Zaman OGM Parks Directorate, and Muhammad Rashid Sub-Assistant Geological Unit.
