LAHORE: The Metropolitan Corporation Lahore in collaboration with the Punjab Information Technology Board has launched an initiative to issue e-building permits for warehouses from e-Khidmat Centre at Town Hall, Lahore.
In this regard, an inauguration ceremony of building permits issuance was held at Town Hall, and was attended by Mayor Lahore, Secretary P&D, Sajid Latif DG e-Governance Punjab Information Technology Board, Mahmood Masood Tamana DG LG&CD and Ali Jalal Program Director PIU.
The launch of e-building permit issuance of the warehouse from the facilitation centre is part of the overall reform agenda that the Government of Punjab has envisaged to facilitate the public/investors. This has been made possible through tireless efforts of P&D, MCL/LG&CD and Punjab Information Technology Board. Through this facility the citizen can obtain building permits from e-Khidmat Centres within 21 days.
