KARACHI: Greenback closed depressed in value versus domestic unit in interbank and remained flat in open market transaction. After remaining in upper bracket in past three intraday trading, dollar shed value by 60 paisas and closed at Rs 110 for buying and Rs 110.20 for selling versus rupee in interbank. Pound Sterling stood firm in value versus rupee and closed at Rs 146.85 for buying and closed at Rs 147.05 for selling after gaining 80 paisas. Euro also closed firm versus rupee to close at Rs 129.02 for buying and at Rs 129.22 for selling in interbank trading. It gained 40 paisas. In kerb market, greenback stood flat in value versus rupee and close at Rs 110.75 for buying and at Rs 110.95 for selling. Pound also closed even in value and closed at Rs 145.30 for buying and at Rs 145.50 for selling.. Euro also remained flat and closed at Rs 128 for buying and at Rs 128.20 for selling versus rupee.
