Winter packages distributed among war-torn families

KHYBER AGENCY: Al-Khidmat Foundation Khyber Agency distributed winter packages among 30 families of war-torn areas of Bara Teshil on Tuesday evening. In this connection, a gathering was held in Iqra public school Bara which was attended by scores of victims, tribal elders and members of civil society.

Al-Khidmat Foundation Khyber Agency President Qari Said Hakeem, flanked by Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan (JI) Bara ameer Khan Wali Afridi, was the chief guest on the occasion. Speaking to the gathering, Qari Said Hakeem said that from day one of its creation, the foundation’s motto had been to respond in time of need and would continue its service to the helpless without any discrimination. In natural disasters or man-made calamities, Al-Khidmat Foundation is a step ahead to serve the victims, a fact that is accepted by both its friends and foes, he maintained.
