The price of 24 karat per tola gold decreased by Rs.1,500 and was traded at Rs.355,500 on Friday as compared to its sale at Rs. 357,000 on the last trading day, All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association reported. The prices of 10 grams of 24 karat also decreased by Rs1,286 to Rs.304,783 from Rs. 306,069 and for 10 grams of 22 Karat it went down by Rs.1,179 to Rs.279,394 from Rs. 280,573 The rates of per tola and ten gram silver remained constant at Rs.3,871 and Rs.3,318 respectively. The price of gold in the international market decreased by $15 to $3,335 from $3,350, whereas that of silver remained unchanged at $36.87, the Association reported.
