Flag March: DPO Layyah leads a message of peace and readiness

Under the leadership of District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Ali Waseem, Layyah Police conducted an impressive flag march across the district, reaffirming its commitment to maintaining peace and public safety. The objective of the march was to instill a sense of security among citizens and to send a clear message to any disruptive elements that Layyah Police is fully prepared to counter any threat to law and order.

Prior to the commencement of the march, DPO Muhammad Ali Waseem briefed all police officers and personnel, emphasizing a proactive and well-coordinated strategy for ensuring peace in the district. He reiterated that the police is a disciplined and professional force whose primary responsibility is to protect the lives and property of the people while maintaining public order.

DPO Waseem personally oversaw all preparations for the flag march and maintained constant communication with officers throughout the event. He made it clear that no group or individual would be allowed to jeopardize the district’s peace. His leadership and hands-on approach played a crucial role in the seamless execution of the event.

The flag march included active participation from the Layyah Police, Elite Force, Traffic Police, Pakistan Army, and Rangers. Starting from the Sports Complex, the march passed through major areas of the city including Bail Chowk, Layyah Minor, Chowbara Road, Aslam Morr, and Kalma Chowk, before concluding at the Police Lines.

Officers from all ranks including DSPs, SHOs, and other senior officials led similar shows of force in their respective jurisdictions. Their strong presence across key routes reinforced public confidence and symbolized the district’s collective strength in upholding peace.

The flag march served not only as a visible deterrent to miscreants but also strengthened the morale of the law enforcement personnel. The coordination between different security agencies was a reflection of their joint resolve to protect the citizens of Layyah at all costs.

This coordinated show of strength reaffirmed that Layyah Police, under the vision of DPO Muhammad Ali Waseem, remains vigilant, prepared, and fully committed to safeguarding the district’s peace and stability.
