Chinese tech brand Abee has launched its latest innovation — a high-powered mini PC designed for AI professionals. Unveiled at the AMD Industry Solution National Conference, the Abee AI Station features AMD’s top-tier Ryzen AI Max 395 processor, offering unmatched performance in a compact design.
The mini PC comes equipped with a 16-core, 32-thread APU that can boost up to 5.1GHz. It includes a powerful NPU capable of 50+ TOPS, pushing its total AI performance to an impressive 126 TOPS. With a size of just 21 x 22 x 15 cm, the machine is tailored for developers and AI engineers working on local inference tasks.
Despite its small size, the AI Station packs serious power. It includes a 400W platinum-rated power supply, dual 92mm fans, and liquid cooling for stable performance. The system also integrates a Radeon 8600S GPU running at 2900MHz, ideal for heavy-duty AI and computing tasks.
For memory and storage, Abee’s machine includes 128GB of high-speed LP-DDR5X RAM and 1TB DOGE SSD storage. However, the RAM is soldered, meaning it cannot be upgraded. Dual 56GB modules further support storage needs, making it suitable for demanding workloads.
Connectivity is also a highlight, with dual Ethernet ports (2.5GbE and 10GbE), and a custom ATX12VO motherboard. The PC comes bundled with a 27-inch QHD AOC display, a 75Hz refresh rate, a webcam, and a mechanical wireless keyboard and mouse set.
While global brands like Asus and HP reserve similar processors for large desktops, Abee is pushing the envelope with its compact AI-focused build. Its success, however, will depend on real-world performance and whether it can attract buyers outside of China.
