ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday lauded the efforts of Pakistan’s diplomatic team for effectively exposing India’s unprovoked military and water aggression to the international community. The appreciation came during a meeting with Minister for Climate Change Dr Musadik Malik at the Prime Minister House. Dr Malik briefed the premier on the recent engagements of the diplomatic delegation abroad.
The prime minister specifically praised former foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and other delegation members for their impactful diplomatic tour across the United States and Europe, which drew attention to India’s aggressive actions.
In addition to foreign affairs, the meeting also focused on domestic issues, particularly climate change. Dr Malik informed the prime minister about the progress of government-led climate initiatives and the steps taken to reduce environmental damage.
Moreover, the prime minister emphasized the importance of continuing international engagement on both diplomatic and environmental fronts. He stressed that climate resilience must remain a top priority alongside regional stability.
The meeting concluded with the prime minister reaffirming his government’s commitment to addressing climate challenges and supporting diplomatic missions that safeguard Pakistan’s national interests.
