Pakistani martial artist Irfan breaks Norway’s Guinness World Record

Pakistani martial artist Irfan Mehsood has broken Norway’s Sever Dyson’s Guinness World Record of 27 push-ups in one minute by doing 39 push-ups with his fingers while holding a weight of 100 pounds.

Irfan is the first Pakistani to set 156 Guinness World Records and has set the most world records in the push-ups category, with 70 records set at the world level.

I have set 41 Guinness World Records while holding a weight of 100 pounds and has set the most world records with 100 pounds, 80 pounds, 60 pounds and 40 pounds so far, he told APP. Irfan, received the Presidential Award for Excellence in 2023, can perform push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, step-ups, knee strikes, elbow strikes, side jumps, high World records have been set for Jumps, Star Champs, etc.

I have so far broken world records in 20 countries including the United States, Britain, India, China, Norway, Germany, France, Finland, Philippines, Spain, Italy, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, Pakistan, Syria, he said.

It may be mentioned that 20 of Irfan’s students have also set Guinness World Records.
