Israel warns Tehran civilians to evacuate; Iran threatens devastating retaliation

Tensions between Israel and Iran have escalated sharply after Israel warned civilians near Tehran’s nuclear sites to evacuate, signaling potential further attacks. In response, Iran has vowed a devastating military retaliation if Israeli strikes continue.

Israel’s recent nighttime attacks on Tehran targeted oil refineries and key military infrastructure. According to Israeli sources, these strikes killed 14 people and injured over 200, while rescue efforts are still underway. Israel’s Defense Minister Katz warned Tehran it could be turned into “Beirut,” accusing Iran of making a grave mistake by attacking civilians.

Furthermore, Israel’s government urged residents near nuclear facilities in western Tehran to leave their homes, indicating plans for more airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear program. Israeli military officials revealed that nearly 80 targets were hit recently, including sites linked to both military and nuclear activities.

On the other hand, Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued a stern warning that it would respond with greater force if Israeli aggression continues. The IRGC confirmed it targeted Israeli military fuel infrastructure in retaliation, labeling it a justified response to the attacks.

Iran also launched a major drone and missile operation, striking Israeli fuel factories and energy centers. Its air defense successfully intercepted several cruise missiles and drones. Meanwhile, reports confirm damage to Israeli research centers and oil refineries, with dozens injured and significant power outages in the region.

The rising conflict marks one of the most dangerous escalations in the Middle East in recent years, with both sides suffering losses. Iran’s government spokesperson stated that the country’s response will continue as long as necessary to defend its sovereignty and people.
