Trade & Development Authority of Pakistan’s (TDAP) annual fashion show was held in Lahore on Thursday with a total of eight designers setting trends for this year’s bridal, formal and party outfits. Hassan Sheheryar Yasin, Zonia Anwaar, Nilofer Shahid, Kuki Concepts, Munib Nawaz and Blockestry are just some of the names that participated. Here’s our roundup of each collection that we witnessed.

 HSY — trust HSY to always make a cohesive collection, rich in detailing, handwork and embroidery. To put it fair: just what the client requires at a wedding! From the reds to the whites, we loved the harmony brought on ramp. HSY partnered with Wasim Jewellers to complete the look of every outfit.

Angeline’s Art Line — at the intersection of textile tradition and purposeful design stands 82, a visionary brand founded by internationally renowned stylist Ehtesham Ansari. It united with Angeline’s Artline to present “Pink Salt” — a collection that was elegant and a harmonious blend of fabric and metal.

PIFD — Pakistan Institute of Fashion & Design presented a fresh, bold narrative shaped by its graduating designers — a new generation of artisans who aren’t just following trends, but redefining them. Their work brought together the raw beauty of Pakistan’s diverse cultural motifs with the experimental edge of contemporary design. There were daring silhouettes, intricate detailing and fearless craftsmanship — the future of fashion, imagined here and now.

ZONIA ANWAAR — the young designer is known for creating stylish, wearable abd very sellable dresses. With a minimal yet powerful aesthetic, Zonia’s collection showed effortless silhouettes. There was subtlety — using color, cut and craftsmanship as well as sophistication. Whether it’s a structured ensemble or a flowing drape, her pieces belonged as much in the present as they will decades from now – a rare balance few can achieve. Paired with Heritage Jewellers, the vision reached new heights. By using the same high-grade gemstones and artisanal skill typically reserved for fine gold jewelry, they elevate silver into the realm of luxury. It’s a redefinition of preciousness — where value is measured not by price, but by purpose, sentiment and individuality.

KUKI CONCEPTS — Kuki Concepts, helmed by the ever-bold Zahid Khan, has long been known for pushing the boundaries of Pakistani fashion. Zahid’s vision balances tradition with drama — always theatrical, always memorable. His latest collection unveils a bold contrast of ivory and black, interwoven with gothic undertones and vintage silhouettes — a thrilling blend of East and West, past and future. It’s couture with a conscience, a rebel heart stitched in every seam. Paired with this is Sonica Jewellers Signature that showed heirloom bridal sets, polki treasures, diamond dreams and statement pieces. We loved Kuki’s beautiful chalk white dresses where the fittings spoke of perfection and the eye for details that the designer has.

 BLOCKESTRY — the brand is not just a fashion label; it’s a movement. Known for embracing individuality, edge and unfiltered expression, Blockestry creates pieces that challenge norms and invite confidence. Whether it’s through bold cuts, asymmetry, or a palette that dances between the unexpected, Blockertry isn’t afraid to stand out — and it makes sure you won’t be either. At TDAP, they joined hands with Divine Jewels — a house that believes jewellery is not just an accessory, but an experience. Each piece was curated with reverence, handcrafted with divine precision and meant to spark emotion. Divine Jewels blends celestial inspiration with earthly opulence, offering collections that are both grounded and otherworldly — a true juxtaposition of power and grace. Together, Blockestry and Divine delivered a showcase that was rebellious, radiant and spiritually rich — an unapologetic celebration of the self.

MUNIB NAWAZ — absolutely loved the pantsuits on women. Such perfection to fittings! Munib ventured into new territory — celebrating the strength of feminine royalty with bold silhouettes, jewel-toned drama and a fearless narrative. “Rebel Raani” isn’t just a collection — it’s a manifesto. For every woman who rules her world with grace and grit, this is your crown — tailored in fabric, bejewelled in attitude. Paired with Almas Jewellers, the showcase gained its sparkle. With decades of mastery in fine jewelry, Almas continues to set benchmarks in luxury – delivering diamonds, gold, and precious stones that embody pure elegance. Their pieces don’t just complement an outfit — they complete a story.

NILOFER SHAHID — each and every outfit was like Royal poetry. Nilofer Shahid – the doyenne of couture – brings her poetic sensibility and regal craftsmanship to this evening with a collection that echoes history, literature, and art. Known as Pakistan’s Queen of Couture, Nilofer is not merely a designer; she is a storyteller whose garments speak volumes through embroidery, structure and timeless silhouettes. Each creation tonight reflects the journey of a woman – graceful, powerful, and endlessly elegant. She is joined by GOLD by Reama Malik, a brand founded in 1990 that has become synonymous with heritage and prestige. Reama’s work revives dying crafts like Meena Kari and JaraoZevar, breathing life into heirloom artistry. With her signature use of pearls, polki and pure gold, every piece is not just jewellery – it’s a living archive of South Asian heritage. Her designs speak to the woman who carries legacy in her heart and elegance in her bearing. Together, Nilofer Shahid and Reama Malik offer a collection that is royal in spirit, rich in soul, and steeped in history – the kind of beauty that lasts beyond lifetimes.
