Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Mohammad Aurangzeb on Saturday left for the United States (US) to take part in spring season 2025 meetings of World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF) from April 21 to April 26. During his stay in the United States, Federal Minister for Finance will hold important discussions with finance ministers of China, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and Turkiye. Mohammad Aurangzeb will also take part in different meetings with officials of United States Department of State and Treasury. He will also participate in meetings with heads of global rating agencies and commercial and investors banks. The Finance Minister will participate in 13th session ministerial level meeting of climate change. Senator Mohammad Aurangzeb will address the participants of a round-table conference titled “Economic picture of Pakistan, latest progress on economic and revenue and reforms and relations with IMF”. The Finance Minister will address a session which will be organized under of auspicious of Centre for Global Development (CDG).
