Veena alleges Mufti Qavi ‘secretly’ tracks lives of Pakistani actresses

Pakistani actress and television host Veena Malik has sparked controversy with fresh allegations against religious figure Mufti Qavi, accusing him of “secretly monitoring” actresses in the entertainment industry.

In a recent podcast interview with Hafiz Ahmed, Malik claimed that Mufti Qavi had detailed knowledge of actresses’ personal lives, alleging that he had once made comments on her appearance.

Malik, a former participant in the Indian reality show Bigg Boss, reflected on her experience in the show, noting that, despite enjoying it, she has faced backlash for her participation.

She revealed that appearing on Bigg Boss required signing an agreement, which stipulated that cameras would capture every moment, leaving producers to decide what content to air.

In the podcast, Malik recounted that Mufti Qavi not only followed her career closely but also made remarks on her “beauty,” which she found intrusive. She confronted him at the time, questioning how he knew such personal details. Malik further noted that Mufti Qavi’s reaction to her question was defensive and intense.

Reflecting on her experiences in the public eye, Malik commented, “If honor and disgrace were in human hands, some people would waste no time in destroying others’ lives. I wonder how people can be so heartless.”

Previously, Mufti Qavi criticized Veena Malik’s participation in Bigg Boss, questioning whether she could watch the show with her children. Malik countered that her children are aware of her work and can watch it alongside her without issue.
