Sir: We want to draw the attention of the concerned authorities. We, the residents of D-47, Block-9, Clifton, Karachi, are not getting water since December 2011. In this regard, we have approached and submitted a letter of complaint (Complaint No: 9930 DT 21/12/11) but three months have passed and there is no improvement in water supply, rather the situation has worsened.
