Sir: I am writing this letter to talk about the behaviour of government officers working in NADRA and board offices. These officers do not have any manners; they do not know how to talk to people who come to them with their issues. Instead of helping visitors, these officials become a cause of stress and annoyance for people. The situation of human resource is getting worse in Pakistan. Such behaviour does not only speak volume about the decadence that we have fallen to but the quality of people government organisations are employing to serve citizens. TASNEEM ZAHID Karachi
