Sir: Recently, your paper carried the picture of a dilapidated structure from the 16th century, built by princess Zebun Nisa (Daily Times, September 2, 2013). Your esteemed paper often publishes pictures of such historical structures and all of them are in almost crumbled form. I wonder when the authorities will turn towards them. I hope some sort of renovation and preservation projects are given the green light before everything turns to dust.
I, being a management student, and many others like myself want to work on behalf of the concerned authorities, if they are too busy in other affairs. I would like the chief minister of Punjab to turn towards this issue too, as it is an important part of our history and the glory of our city.
