Sir: After standing in line for nearly an hour, it was finally my car’s turn to have CNG filled in it. Exactly 5.88 kilograms of CNG was filled at the rate of Rs 66.75, which should have been Rs 392.45 but I was asked for Rs 410. On my inquiry, I was told that since there was no electricity when the time came for my turn of refilling so I had to pay an additional three rupees per kilogram because of the running generator. Since I am an ordinary man and unaware of the fine laws or rules and regulations, is this additional charge of three rupees per kilogram fair and legal?
