State of the economy

Sir: The economy of Pakistan is suffering more and more with each passing day. Before the year 2000, Pakistan was in a much better economic state than it is today. People were living good lives and were not dying of poverty. The dollar used to be worth Rs 51.4 Now the dollar is for Rs 106.15. The same has happened with petrol prices; what used to be Rs 15 for diesel is now Rs 113. As a concerned citizen, I understand how the people must feel and how hard it must be for them to face these problems. The economy is being ruined every day. The government should take some serious steps in order to save the economy of Pakistan. The day Pakistan’s economy gets saved will be the day when Pakistan will have fewer worries.
