A priority check

Sir: In reply to the done strike that killed Taliban commander Hakeemullah Mehsud, PTI Chief Imran Khan has proposed that all NATO supplies that are routed through Khyber Pakhtunkhwa be suspended until and unless drone attacks are halted by the US. Interesting proposal that, is it not? The PTI leader has spoken of taking loud and brash action only after the death of the militant leader but he made no such declarations after the many that have died in multiple bomb attacks in his province since he became its chief minister after the general elections this year. He has not once promised the people that he will rid Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of the militant plague. Were all those innocent people not important enough for the PTI chairman? Imran Khan needs a priority check.
