An explosion struck Ariana Grande concert in England late Monday, killing at least 19 people and injuring roughly 59 in what police say they are treating as a terrorist attack. The explosion occurred at Manchester Arena. “We are working to establish the full details of what is being treated by the police as an appalling terrorist attack, all our thoughts are with the victims and the families of those who have been affected.” British PM Theresa May said in a statement.
