KARACHI: Nine hardcore criminals were rounded up by Paramilitary force- Pakistan Rangers Sindh including six belonging to MQM-L and MQM-P involved in target killing, extortion, kidnapping, riots, and street crimes. During the raids conducted by teams of Pakistan rangers in the areas of Mubiana Town, Surjani town, and KhuwajaAjmairNagri five suspects were arrested. Out of these, Junaid Ahmad Khan, ShairMoahammad and Jahanzaib alias Chota are affiliated with MQM-L while other suspects include Mohammad Akram alias Palari and Mohammad Akhtar alias Pahari belong to MQM-P, official of Rangers said. All the suspects were involved in target killing, extortion, kidnapping, riots and street crimes along with collection of funds for their parties. Meanwhile during raids in the area of Mubina Town, three dacoits were also arrested including Mohammad Imtiaz, Ismael and Ali Nawaz who were involved in street crimes and house robberies. From theQaidabad area, one drug supplier and seller was arrested. The arrest of suspect Ayaz khan led to the recovery of drugs including hasheesh and liquor in huge quantities.
