KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that the incumbent government is afraid to givea befitting reply to Indian aggression. Shah – while addressing a big public rally at Tharparkar– said that the rulers are afraid to utter the name of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and give him a befitting reply. He said that India has been martyring Pakistani soldiers and citizens by shelling at the Line of Control (LoC) but Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is busy eating Indian bananas. According to details, on the second day of his four-day visit to Sindh, Shah attended different receptions in Umerkot and Tharparkar – accompanied by Dr Arif Alvi, Haleem Adil Sheikh and other leaders. On the occasion, a large number of people and party workers gave him a warm welcome and raised slogans in favour of PTI Chairman Imran Khan. Shah – after reaching Nawabshah – said that the PTI has struggled against the oppressing elements and that ‘I have not come here to get votes but to distribute love’. He said that the parliamentarians reached the assemblies after getting the votes on false promises and never talk about the rights of the people of Sindh. He congratulated General Qamar Javed Bajiwa on becoming the new army chief and said that Karachi’s conditions are not still good adding that‘we hope that the new army chief would meet these challenges in a better way as he commands the bravest army of the world – whose moral is very high in fight against terrorism’. He praised the services of General Raheel Sharif and lauded his heroic role in fight against terrorism.
