KARACHI: Former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani on Thursday said statements by Hussain Haqqani are not a big thing and only media has attached too much importance to them. “Hussain Haqqani’s statements are not a too big thing and only media has given too much importance to them. I will ask party there is no need to adopt defensive position,” he said this while reacting to article written by Hussain Haqqani during his chat with journalists before starting of TADAP case hearing. He held that Haqqani had been appearing before the Judicial Commission (JC), therefore the JC report should be made public. The situation in Punjab is different from Sindh at present, he said, adding that people in Punjab are waiting for the court’s decision in the Panamagate.
