HYDERABAD: Human Rights Commission of Pakistan took out a rally on the occasion of world day of missing persons on Sunday. HRCP rally was led by vice chairman of HRCP Asad Butt, Sindh coordinator of HRCP Dr. Ashothama, Professor Badar Soomro, Shah Azmat, Punhal Saryo, Lala Rahim and others. The participants were chanting slogans against forced disappearances. On the occasion leaders said that enforced disappearance after arresting political and other workers was utter violation of human rights. They demanded to disclose arrest of all missing persons and release them. They said if any one was wanted in a case he must be produced in a court of law. Meanwhile Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen has also raised its voice against forced disappearances of their workers. Addressing a news conference here MWM leader Mukhtar Imami warned that if their workers were not released they would hold protests across country. He said that after the Panamagate verdict of the Supreme Court Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has lost justification to continue as Prime Minister. He also demanded severe punishment of Taliban spokesman Ehsanullah Ehsan as he is involved in killing of thousands of innocent Pakistanis.
