LAHORE: A meeting to review the resolution mechanism of the complaints of expatriate Pakistanis was held at the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) under the chairmanship of Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Commissioner Afzaal Bhatti. OPC Director General Javed Iqbal Bukhari, LDA DG Zahid Akhtar Zaman and other officers attended the meeting. It was shared that the OPC and the LDA were jointly working to solve the issues being faced by overseas Pakistanis. He further said that the state-of-the-art facilitation desk, established at the LDA, was providing up-to-date information about the sale and purchase of properties and other relevant issues to Overseas Pakistanis. It was also decided during the meeting that authorities of both institutions would hold a monthly meeting to review the resolution process of the complaints of overseas Pakistanis.
