LAHORE: The Rheumatology Clinic was inaugurated at the East Medical Ward of the Mayo Hospital here on Thursday. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mayo Hospital Chief Executive Officer Prof Dr Asad Aslam Khan, Prof Dr. Irshad Hussain, Prof Dr Khalid Masood Gondal, Prof Dr Nighat Mir, Dr Tahir Khalil and Dr Yasir Imran. Addressing the opening ceremony, Prof Irshad said that this was the second Rheumatology Clinic at the Mayo Hospital. The first clinic was established at the Sheikh Zayed Hospital. He said that thousands of patients battling joint diseases would be benefited by the establishment of the Rheumatology Clinic.
