LAHORE: Beaconhouse has launched its School Service Quality Management Programme called BEACONNECT.The launch ceremony was held at Beaconhouse Newlands, Lahore. This was a pilot launch in Beaconhouse Central Region and once the programme is tested out in this region, it will be launched nationwide. Mr Adeel Hashmi was the keynote speaker. Other guests in attendance included Chief Executive Mr Kasim Kasuri, Regional Director Centre Mr Ali Ahmad Khan, School Group Heads, School Heads, Heads of Departments andHead Office Management. There was a presentation made by Grassroot Consultant Zeeshan Hasan, who designed this programme for Beaconhouse. This was followed with a panel discussion and cake-cutting ceremony. BEACONNECT has 21 key service indicators.It will enable the school management to interact with parents using state-of-the-art technology systems such as shortcode SMS feedback and recorded survey calls. Complaints will be handled through a homegrown robust complaint management system. In addition to this, the programme will include behavioural training of the school staff,which will be conducted as required. The management also announced that they will be recognising and rewarding those employees who go the extra mile in providing exceptional quality services and perform beyond expectations.
