LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) of Dr Tahirul Qadri has announced to hold a sit-in of families of martyrs of Model Town tragedy on The Mall as per schedule today (Wednesday) at 2pm. PAT Secretary General Khuram Nawaz Gandapur while talking to the media clarified that the Lahore High Court (LHC) had not issued any stay order against the announced sit-in. He said that the place to hold sit-in on The Mall was out of the range of the area prohibited by the LHC for rallies and other political activities. Gandapur said that PAT patron Dr Tahirul Qadri would just go in the sit-in of female family members of the martyrs of Model Town killings to show solidarity with them.
