LAHORE: As part of the ongoing Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad, Punjab Rangers on Thursday killed eight terrorists in combined operations across the province, a private TV channel reported. Colonel Amjad Iqbal from the Punjab Rangers told a press conference in Lahore that combined operations took place in DG Khan, Taunsa, Hafizabad, Lahore and Sheikhupura. Col Iqbal stated five absconders belonging to the Baloch Liberation Army were killed in DG Khan. The killed absconders were apparent facilitators of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan. In Taunsa, three TTP terrorists were gunned down with suicide vests, rocket launchers, and other weapons seized from their possession.
