BAHAWALPUR: The Cholistan Development Authority would spend Rs 1.317 billion on various development projects in far-flung areas of Cholistan during the current fiscal year 2016-17. This was stated during a high level meeting held to review the performance of Cholistan Development Authority’s at the conference room of the Bahawalpur commissioner. Provincial Minister for Cooperative Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channar presided over the meeting. It was shared that special committees had been constituted for improvement of the operational mechanism of the Cholistan Development Authority.
