LAHORE: Former Punjab governor and Pakistan Tehreek Insaf leader Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar said the ‘ineffective, inefficient and useless’ ‘government has been burdening the nation. While addressing a mass gathering in Gagoo Mandi, the PTI leader said that ‘free and fair accountability’ will be the government’s last day because it will unveil their true faces and added that millions of people will join the September 3 accountability rally. “The Punjab government signed countless MOUs but made no real progress and the 13% increase in Pakistan’s annual debt testifies its failure,” Sarwar said. He said that PML-N leaders should not be afraid if their hands were clean. “Consulting the Supreme Court on Panama Leaks is the democratic and constitutional right of PTI and we will continue fight on streets,” he said. Central Information Secretary Syed Samsam bukhari said the government aims to hide their corruption but would not succeed. Waseem Ahmed said the time of PML-N has ended as Pakistanis would soon hold the rulers accountable.
