Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf (PTI) leader Imran Khan, while talking to the reporters, said that he seeks resolution of PM Nawaz’s Panama corruption case without hindering and harming democratic system. Khan further said that a culture of monarchy has overshadowed democracy and sabotaged elections in Pakistan. Khan insisted upon “independent judiciary”, being a solution to end corruption in the country. He maintained that the Panama revelations were not allegations, but a proof of Prime Minister’s corruption, saying that “Prime Minister has been caught red handed” Imran Khan pointed towards the democratic fabric in Ireland, where the Prime Minister was forced to tender resignation, terming it “Real Democracy”. Khan said that Prime Minister’s corruption was deteriorating state institutions.
