MIRPUR: Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan on Monday said that citizens of Kashmir are defenders of Pakistan and India cannot dare to cross Line of Control (LoC) for strikes. Talking to media on the eve of AJK Foundation the Prime Minister condemned the shelling by Indian troops from across the Line of Control. He urged India to fulfil its promises to United Nations and give people of Kashmir the right to self-determination. He said that the spirit of freedom in Kashmiris will only get stronger by the brutal means being used by the Indian forces. Haider praised the role of Pakistani government, armed forces, media and civil society in highlighting the Kashmir issue. He also announced Rs. one million for government departments for their efforts and arrangements to hold the Foundation Day ceremonies.
