FAISALABAD: Faisalabad Regional Police Officer (RPO) Bilal Siddique Kamiyana inaugurated front desks set up at Kotwali and Rail Bazaar police stations here on Tuesday. Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, the RPO said that front desks will be established at all police stations later for facilitating masses by resolving their problems. He said that complainants will visit front desk and submit his complaint which would be scanned and submitted to Inspector General (IG) Police Office Punjab online. The complaints received at front desk would immediately be marked to the beat officer who would be bound to complete investigation within 24 hours, he added. Under the first phase,front desks would be set up at 24 police stations of Faisalabad and this facility would also be replicated at other police stations gradually in the next phase. City Police Officer (CPO) Afzaal Ahmad Kausar, DSP Headquarter Hafiz Muhtada and other police officers were also present on the occasion.
