ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (Shaheed Bhutto) has finally decided to take active part in politics “due to complete failure of the PPP”. Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Junior, the son of Mir Murtaza Bhutto, would return to the country after completing his education from the US next November. Sources told Daily Times Bhutto Junior would take charge of the party, while his sister, Fatima Bhutto, would be the candidate for prime minister in the general elections of 2018. She would contest elections from her ancestral constituency, Larkana, from where her grandfather Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, her aunt Benazir Bhutto and her grandmother Nusrat Bhutto were elected in the past. The leadership of PPP (SB) has started spadework to reorganise the party before the arrival of its new leader, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Junior. The sources also revealed that the party would contest the elections from all four provinces of the country. Fatima Bhutto would reach Pakistan from England on the eve of the death anniversary of her grandfather on April 4. On the occasion, when people from the entire country would be gathered at Larkana, some important decisions would be taken relating to the reorganisation of the party and creating a place for PPP(SB) in the political mainstream of the country. PPP (SB) has chalked out the strategy to open its offices throughout the country .The sources said that a series of meetings of several political big guns with party’s chairperson, Ghanwa Bhutto is taking place to activate the party and to eradicate feudal system from the country.
