ISLAMABAD – The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Wednesday submitted an interim charge sheet in the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) related to Imran Farooq murder case. It is the seventh time when the FIA presented an interim challan along with death certificate and other important documents. The trial for Imran Farooq’s murder case is slated to commence from May 12, and will be held in the premises of Adiala Jail due to security reasons. The hearing was conducted by ATC Judge Kausar Abbasi Zaidi and the security officials directly pointed out suspect Mohsin Ali as murderer while Moazzam Ali and Khalid Shamim were termed as facilitators. An official, Shahzad Zafar conducting investigation of the case, said that Mohsin and Kashif Kamran allegedly stabbed Imran Farooq to death. Later, the court adjourned the hearing till May 12.
