RAWALPINDI –The Anti-terrorism Court on Wednesday recorded statement of head of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Investigation team informer prime minister Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto (BB) murder case and adjourned the hearing till May 5. According to details, as hearing started on Wednesday, head of FIA investigation team Khalid Qureshi recorded his statement, saying in 2009,he was assigned to investigate the murder case and “we as a team investigated the case according to the law.” ATC Judge Rai Ayub Marth, after recording the statement adjourned the hearing till May 5 for cross examination of his statement. FIA Prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar, accused former CPO Rawalpindi Saud Aziz, SP Khurram Shahzad and Javaid Safdar- counsel of former president Pervez Musharraf – were present in the court.
